Round Log

A Round Log timber retaining wall gives a fantastic traditional look and feel to your house and garden.  Round Logs are able to hold superior loads to other products.  Often it is the most cost effective way for large walls.

Round Logs are often used as the post with sleepers forming the whalers (rails) of the wall.

It is important to remember to use posts and whalers that are strong enough to withstand the loads placed on your wall for the next 20 plus years... not just the next three.  This is an all too common mistake!

• Post spacings are recommended to be between 1.2m and 1.5m spacings. They must NOT exceed 1.5m.

Please check with your local council as to whether your wall needs to be engineered.
