Delivery Method
Landscape Supplies orders are mostly delivered by our own drivers, although some smaller items are delivered by courier. Landscape Supplies is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Mail Service points.
Delivery Cost
The cost of delivery varies depending on the destination of the order and the customer's timing requirements. Average charges are in the range of $20 to $50.
The freight charge for an order will be clearly displayed prior to an order being finalised for your confirmation.
Delivery cost applied is based on a single consolidated delivery. In the event that some ordered items are on back-order, you will be contacted and given the option to select partial shipment of your order. Additional charges do not normally apply.
Proof of Delivery
Proof of delivery is available for all deliveries and a copy of your proof of delivery is available, if required, by calling Landscape Supplies on Campbelltown (02) 4628 0225 or Box Hill (02) 9679 1218 or by sending an email to Landscape Supplies.
Returns
Landscape Supplies has a 7 day return policy. Details of this policy are provided below. Return of Faulty Goods
Goods that are faulty can be exchanged with Landscape Supplies, within 7 days. In these circumstances Landscape Supplies will inspect and collect the goods for return to Landscape Supplies.
All products, unless noted otherwise, are sold with the full warranty of the manufacturer. The warranty period and service varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer's support department directly, to acquire authorisation to return any faulty products.
Return of Non-Faulty Goods
Goods that are not faulty cannot be returned without the express permission the relevant retail location manager. To exchange products, the goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Goods that have been opened or goods sold on a "no return basis" cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Procedure for returning Goods
All goods to be returned, faulty or not, will require a Return Authorisation Number before they can be returned. To obtain a Return Authorisation Number, please contact Landscape Supplies by either email at Landscape Supplies or by calling Campbelltown (02) 4628 0225 or Box Hill (02) 9679 1218.
Landscape Supplies recommends that products returned by post should be sent by registered or certified mail. Landscape Supplies accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to Landscape Supplies.
Returns take approximately 7 days to process from the date of receipt of goods by Landscape Supplies (exceptions to this may occur from time to time).
A re-stocking fee may apply to the return of non-faulty goods.
Unless otherwise specified, the benefits conferred by warranties set out herein are additional to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed or implied by the Trade Practices Act.
Order Tracking
It's very easy to track the status of any current orders you have placed with us, just follow the steps below;
Sign In to Your Account
Click on the "My Account" link at the top right of the screen and you'll be taken to our sign in page, which is designed to protect your security. Enter your email address and password here and you will be taken to your "My Account" main page.
Select to View Your Order History
Click the button at the top right just below the navigation bar that says "Order History" and you will be taken to a page displaying all orders you have placed with us it shows, Order No., Order Date, Order Cost and present Order Status.
View an order in detail
If you would like to see the contents of any order in detail, just click the date of the order you are interested in and you will be taken to a page showing the details pertaining to that order.
